Before anything else, I’m not expecting the owners to respond to this review. From looking at the other reviews, it seems the 5-star reviews get responses, while complaints about service don’t seem to get much attention or any indication that the issues will actually be addressed. So I’ll just leave this here. 😄 The Yemeni tea itself was great… when it finally arrived. ☕️ I visited on Saturday (8/8), and apparently the restaurant was operating with a one-person army—one person handling billing, taking orders, preparing items, and presumably running the entire operation. It took about 30 minutes to get an Adeni tea. Thirty. Minutes. 😂 And here’s the impressive part: the tea was already prepared in a container. All that was needed was to pour it into a cup. Somehow, that became a 30-minute project. 😅 When the tea finally arrived, it was cold. I had to ask her to warm it up. And after the 30-minute wait and cold tea, there wasn’t even a “sorry” or acknowledgment of the delay. I understand being short-staffed, but on a Saturday, having at least two people serving customers seems like a reasonable expectation. The tea was good, but the service definitely needs work. Such a beautiful and aesthetic coffee shop! The atmosphere is cozy, relaxing, and a great place to spend some time. The drinks were delicious and made really well. A special thank you to Marina for being so kind and welcoming. She was very patient, friendly, and made the whole experience even better with her positive attitude. Great customer service like hers makes people want to come back. I definitely recommend stopping by if you're looking for a great coffee shop with amazing drinks and excellent service.

Arwa Yemeni Coffee- My recent dine-in experience Saturday April 11th, 2026, at this lovely tea house was truly exceptional and exceeded all my expectations. The ambiance and aroma created such a warm, welcoming vibe that makes it the perfect place to relax. I was immediately impressed by the vast selection of teas. Umer was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me choose the perfect blend. Every sip of my tea was delicious and clearly prepared with great care. I particularly loved the fresh desserts. It is rare to find a spot that balances such excellent quality with a cozy atmosphere. I could easily visit this tea house every day and never get tired of the experience. Great place to have a coffee. I had a pour over and Maria had a matcha something which were both very good. The potato samosa was also great and had really good flavor. I didn’t love the chicken puff and they were out of the milk cake others have liked. They had lots of other things though that looked lovely. The drinks were perfectly prepared and looked the part. The atmosphere was perfect and it’s very big and clean.
